ALL Crane Rental of Georgia continues to expand its coverage westward by offering full service capabilities to Mississippi and surrounding states.

ALL Crane Rental has been serving the Mississippi market for several years with help from its Atlanta-area facility. Now with an equipment yard in Richland, MS, and a fleet of service trucks and technicians, the company is able to provide rental, sales, service and parts capabilities to customers in western Alabama to Louisiana and from Memphis, TN, to the Gulf Coast.

In his third year with ALL Crane, Abby Hesdorffer is heading up the operations in Mississippi. A veteran of the crane rental and sales industry, Hesdorffer has more than 20 years in the Mississippi market.

“ALL Crane Rental has a tremendous fleet of equipment that is readily available to match customer needs,” said Hesdorffer. “We have a vast resource of rough terrain cranes from 22- to 130-ton capacity, crawler cranes from 75 to 1,000 ton, boom trucks from 15 to 40 ton, and rough terrain forklifts from 6,000 to 10,000 pounds, as well as other lift equipment. We’re seeing a substantial increase in the amount of crawler cranes that we’re putting out in this area.”

“The timing was good when we moved into the Mississippi market,” said ALL Crane Rental of Georgia General Manager Larry Freckmann. “Despite some economic woes in the area, we have seen a lot of activity in the crane rental business. We’ve done a lot of work for the Nissan plant north of Jackson, [Mississippi], and have recognized the potential of the construction of new casinos, power work, chemical plants, refineries and shipyards. I’m pleased with the productivity of our Mississippi division.

“The addition of Abby several years ago has proven to be a good match for our operations in Mississippi,” said Freckmann. “He gained extensive knowledge of the crane industry working with a couple major crane distributors and has a lot of good contacts in the area. Now that we have full-service capabilities in the area, I see tremendous growth for our Mississippi division.”
