Atlas Copco and Dynapac jointly hosted an open house in Knoxville, Tenn. The F1000W 10-ft. wheeled paver, the full line of tandem vibratory compactors and the CA362 single drum soil compactor were spotlighted at the event.

Warren Legg, Atlas Copco Knoxville branch manager, reported that the turnout at his store included a mix of large and small contractors, as well as utility contractors, many of whom came straight to the store from the job site.

“Road construction is nothing new to us,” Legg said. “We have staff here that have experience in this market that pre-dates Atlas Copco’s purchase of Ingersoll Rand’s Drilling Solutions Division.”

Andrew Andre, Atlas Copco’s regional manager for the Southeastern U.S., said, “We greatly appreciated the time contractors took to attend these events. Our open houses were very timely to re-introduce Dynapac road machinery products in these markets where our support may have been a little inconsistent in the past. The Dynapac line today looks a lot different than it did even a few years ago … and we received great customer feedback on this at these open houses.”
