The unit has been removed from service until these repairs are accomplished. Serious injury or death can result for any attempt to operate the unit without the benefit of these repairs. Upper OEM has recorded the out of service status of the unit. Until Upper OEM has been notified, in writing, that the required repairs have been performed, or Upper OEM performs the repairs, further service work, technical support, and part sales by Upper OEM may be limited on this unit.
