Bandit 3590 Whole Tree Chipper Keeps Waste to Minimum

Unwanted logging waste is no longer an issue with Bandit’s newest whole tree chipper. Bandit’s new 700-hp (522 kW) Model 3590 transforms logging slash, land clearing waste, whole trees and brush into a uniform, saleable chip product faster and more efficiently than ever before, according to the manufacturer.

The secret to the Model 3590’s power lies in its newly designed discharge system and feed system.

The feed system features a wide 38 by 40 in. (96.5 by 101.6 cm) opening that can accept material up to 30 in. (76 cm) in diameter.

The four powerful feed wheels — two vertical wheels on each side and two top feed wheels set on a diagonal — work to effectively crush and compress limby material, guiding it to the oversized drum.

Once at the drum, eight 12-in. (30.5 cm) long knives reduce the material into uniform, saleable chips, which are then ejected from the chipper through the high-velocity chip discharge system.

This powerful system allows the Model 3590 to quickly pack a trailer, meaning fewer trips to the dump site, saving time and money.

The Model 3590 is available with optional high-capacity backhoe-style loader with heavy-duty turntable.

As with all Bandit chippers, the Model 3590 can be customized to meet individual needs.
