Stephenson Equipment (SEI) has been in the trailer business for generations and represents Rogers and Felling trailers mainly out of its Philadelphia, Pa., branch. When the opportunity became available to become the authorized Rogers dealer of western Pennsylvania as well, SEI was excited to grow this business. Accordingly, the company has hired Brady Peat to provide customers in western Pennsylvania with dedicated trailer expertise.

Peat will work with SEI crane and construction equipment customers as well as new trailer customers from the three western Pennsylvania branches in Butler, Ebensburg and McDonald.

Peat will join Stephenson's John Conner, their trailer sales specialist of many years.

"The two of them will now give us a duo that will benefit our customers with extensive trailer knowledge and quality trailer lines like Rogers and Felling for transporting their equipment," said Charlie Walsh, EVP of sales and marketing of Stephenson Equipment.

"Trailers require a level of expertise that we want to be able to offer our customers. DOT regulations, dimensional requirements, and other particulars have to be right for the customer. Brady will provide that next level of focus plus with Rogers in our backyard in Albion, Pa.; we will provide customers the best option for their hauling needs."

Peat comes to Stephenson with more than 20 years experience in the residential and commercial construction arena in western Pennsylvania, western New York and northeast Ohio.

"I look forward to being a trusted advisor to my customers," Peat said. "I've never been about ‘selling' but about ‘solving'. My goal with customers is to provide them with value and give them something that makes them successful. All values I found in the philosophy and actions at Stephenson who has been around serving customers since the 1950's.

"Even though my background is sales, being raised on my family's farm in western Pa., where I still reside, my family members are farmers, pipe liners and heavy equipment mechanics offering me a close perspective of ‘hands-on' operations in the construction industry."
