Bramco-Material Processing Solutions (MPS), a member of the Bramco family of companies, has announced the promotion of Mark Strader to general manager. Strader succeeds Gary Hirsch, who retired Dec. 31, 2018.

Bramco-MPS provides crushing, screening, material handling and processing equipment as well as replacement parts and service. The company represents such brands as Kleemann, Terex MPS, Lippmann and TCI Manufacturing.

"Mark brings over 20 years of experience in the material processing, crushing and screening industry, through his time at Phoenix Process Equipment and with Bramco-MPS," said Michael Brennan, president and COO of Bramco. "He has been responsible for all sales and sales management of Bramco-MPS since he joined our company and has been successful during his tenure. I look forward to continuing to work with him in his new role to continue to grow this piece of our business."

Strader is ready to lead the charge.

"I am excited to continue to grow Bramco-MPS throughout Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee and look forward to working with so many great individuals," he said. "This new opportunity allows me continue to work closely with sales while also managing the parts and service side of the business."

Strader has been the sales manager of Bramco-MPS since 2016. Prior to this, he worked with Phoenix Process Equipment Co. for 16 years. He currently is on the associate committee for Kentucky Crushed Stone Association and is a member of the Professional Development Committee for Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association.

Bramco Inc. is headquartered in Louisville, Ky., and is the parent company of Brandeis Machinery and Supply in Kentucky and Indiana, and Power Equipment in Tennessee, northern Mississippi and eastern Arkansas.
