C-B Kenworth expanded its customer support with the opening of a parts and service facility in Auburn, Maine, located about a mile north of Exit 75 on U.S. Interstate 95 (Maine Turnpike).

A member of the Kenworth dealer network of nearly 340 locations in the United States and Canada, C-B Kenworth — Auburn is located at 499 Poland Road on 6 acres near the Auburn-Lewiston Municipal Airport and Auburn Intermodal Transfer Facility. The 15,000 sq.-ft. facility features five service bays, a well-stocked 5,000 sq.-ft. parts warehouse, and a comfortable driver’s lounge equipped with reclining leather chairs, a 50-in. television, and complimentary wireless Internet access.

“C-B Kenworth has been a Kenworth dealer for over 36 years, and we’re pleased to expand our customer support with the addition of a third dealership in Maine,” said Ben Hicks, president of C-B Kenworth, which also operates dealerships in Bangor and South Portland, Maine. “Our new location provides more convenient parts and service coverage to customers in central and western Maine. It offers convenient access to U.S. Interstate 95, and serves the many transportation and logistics-related activities in the Lewiston-Auburn area. We’re excited about the opening of this new location.”

The new dealership is located by a large manufacturing facility that produces automated warehousing and material handling systems, and Wal-Mart’s large mechanized food distribution warehouse that serves Wal-Mart Supercenters throughout New England.

C-B Kenworth—Auburn is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The phone number is 207/333-3600. Scott Keefe is parts manager and Bethanie Boomsma is service manager.
