Case Construction Equipment has acquired select assets of Western Power & Equipment of Vancouver, Wash.
As a result of the acquisition, the company is now called Case Power and Equipment. With eight locations in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington, each dealership sells, rents and services Case construction and industrial equipment.
“We made this acquisition to ensure that existing and prospective Case customers continue to receive the top-caliber construction equipment and support they need,” said James Hasler, vice president, Case Construction Equipment. “Case Power and Equipment serves an important geographic region, and we are committed to expand the customer relationships developed by Western Power & Equipment.”
Hasler added, “Our 140 employees are devoted to providing an excellent customer experience. This includes understanding each customer’s business and specific equipment needs. Whether customers need parts, service or maintenance work — or a finance package that helps take advantage of the new Economic Stimulus Act — we’re here to deliver a superior customer ownership experience.”
In addition to the name change to Case Power and Equipment, Case customers will see a noticeable difference at each of the eight locations, including planned upgrades of the existing facilities and infrastructure. To better meet the rental needs of local customers, the company is adding a full range of construction equipment to its rental fleet. To keep equipment running more efficiently on the job site, the company introduced the “Power Plus” program in which an employee will inspect a customer’s new machine seven times within the first year of service.
“With a great management team in place, we know current and prospective Case Power and Equipment customers at each location will receive the superior sales, parts and service support that they’ve come to expect from Case,” Hasler said. “We invite contractors, parts, service and fleet managers to visit their local branch and see the Case Power and Equipment difference for themselves.”
