Case Construction Equipment announced its financial support of the Chicago 2016 organization. The contribution helps promote Chicago’s bid to host the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In addition to helping secure the Summer Games in Chicago, the contribution also supports legacy athletic programs in the Midwest, such as World Sport Chicago.

Three Chicagoland Case dealers and 20 guests also participated in Chicago 2016’s final fund-raising event prior to the International Olympic Committee’s Oct. 2 announcement of which city will host the 2016 Olympics. The “skybox night fundraiser” on Sept. 14 featured rooftop seats to see the Chicago Cubs vs. Milwaukee Brewers baseball game, beverages and food. Guests were joined by several past Olympic athletes and committee members from Chicago 2016 committee. The Case dealers included McCann Industries, Burris Equipment and Miller-Bradford & Risberg.

Case has strong ties to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Approximately 3,000 Case and CNH employees live in the greater Chicago and Milwaukee metropolitan areas.
