As Cashman Equipment’s new Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) headquarters near completion, two of its southern Nevada offices relocated to 3300 St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, Nev.

Phase one of Cashman’s move involves the Power Solutions division, currently located at 4610 Vandenberg Drive in North Las Vegas, and Cashman Cat — The Rental Store on Parkson Road in Henderson.

“Power Solutions is excited to be moving to a dynamic facility that reflects our commitment to cutting-edge products and services,” Joel Larson, director of Power Solutions, Cashman Equipment, said. “Our customers are going to see our efficiency increase significantly.”

North Las Vegas Power Solutions and the Henderson rental store moved Oct. 31. They opened for business at the new location Nov. 3.

Approximately 60 Cashman employees were involved in the move.

The new 23,414 sq.-ft. (2,175 sq m) rental facility introduced on-site rental equipment service bays, an expanded line of equipment for rent, including Multiquip, Wacker, Airstar, and Spectra Lasers, floor displays of the latest equipment, and a new corporate dispatch department.

The 32,266 sq.-ft. (2,994 sq m) Power Solutions building features local chassis dynamometer diagnostic capabilities, new off-highway engine service bays, including electrical testing, enhanced service bays for on-highway vehicles, and spacious parking areas.

“Our new store is truly a one-stop rental shop for our southern Nevada customers,” Jim Timmons, Corporate rental operations manager, Cashman Equipment, said. “Our expansive line of rental supplies and equipment and reputation for efficient service is exactly what we strive for.”

A full service dealer, Cashman provides new and used equipment for sale and rental, as well as high-quality parts and service to construction, paving, mining, truck engine, and power system industries throughout Nevada and parts of California. Currently headquartered in North Las Vegas, Cashman is one of the largest privately-owned employers in Nevada.

Cashman is scheduled to relocate its corporate headquarters to Henderson, Nevada in late 2008.
