Powered by a new 101-hp (76 kW) Cat C3.4B engine that meets U.S. EPA Tier IV-Interim emissions regulations, the Cat TH514C telehandler has an operating weight 24,890 lbs. (11,290 kg), a rated load capacity of 11,000 lbs. (4,990 kg), and a maximum lift height of 45 ft. (13.7 m) with stabilizer down. The new telehandler is available in a number of machine configurations to match various applications and operating environments.

For optimum utilization, the TH514C handles a wide range of work tools via its standard integrated-tool-carrier coupler, and an optional hydraulic coupler allows the operator to change non-powered work tools from the comfort and safety of the cab. For powered tools, a selectable, continuous-flow auxiliary-hydraulic system ensures productive performance.

The TH514C’s powerful hydraulic system features a variable-displacement, load-sensing, axial-piston pump that delivers a maximum flow of 39.63 gpm at 3,626 psi (150 L/min at 250 bar), The hydraulic system’s full-flow sharing valve permits the operator to engage three hydraulic functions simultaneously, and for enhanced control, the system allows the TH514C to develop full hydraulic power at low engine speeds.

The TH514C’s spacious, comfortable cab features intuitive controls, including a single low-effort joystick for work-took functions and a three-mode steering system for precisely positioning the machine, promoting job-site efficiency and safety. Strategically placed hand-holds and steps are designed to provide safe, convenient cab entry and exit, and the operator is protected with an enclosed roll-over protective structure.

To ensure smooth, precise control of travel on rough-terrain job sites, the TH514C’s 4F/3R power-shift transmission uses a torque converter to smoothly transmit the drive to the wheels. In addition, two tire options allow configuring the machine for optimum job-site performance.
