Chadwick-BaRoss Inc. has purchased the property located at 31 James P. Murphy Industrial Highway. The location will be the new home of its branch currently located at 33 Plan Way in Warwick, R.I.

The 29,000 sq. ft. facility will serve as a southern New England hub for the company.

"We've been looking for ways to expand our footprint and presence in our southern territory and have found the perfect location to start our growth," said Chadwick BaRoss Inc. President Randy Mace. "We have been filling the gaps in our current product offerings and ramping up our presence in the market. We are excited about the potential that this new location provides for the continued growth and success of our operations — plus, it's a great way to start celebrating our 90th anniversary."

Mace indicated that the current plans will see all of the company's existing locations continue to operate without interruption.

"When we do move the Warwick branch into their new facility, the branch won't shut down. We'll close the doors on a Friday and reopen in the new store on the following Monday. We take pride in serving our customers and I feel it's important to achieve the move without altering our normal business hours."
