Bomag USA and F5 Equipment in Chandler/Phoenix, Ariz. signed an agreement July 22 for F5 Equipment to represent the full line of Bomag paving, milling and compaction products in Maricopa County, Phoenix, as well as Flagstaff and Yuma.

“The Bomag line of products simply rounds out our product line, making us an integrated dealership ranging from aggregate production to earthmoving and now paving, compaction and milling,” said Suzanne Medley, president of F5 Equipment. “We have steadily been adding product lines to our inventory since we opened for business in July 2008. Only after closely evaluating each manufacturer and their products for quality and performance have we agreed to offer them to our customer base.”

According to Luke Manney, general manager of F5 Equipment, a highly trained, technical service force backs up all its products including Bomag. Matt Biacani will be handling Bomag parts and Norm Drey taking care of all service work in the Phoenix area.

“We looked at many manufacturers and decided that Bomag had the most technologically advanced milling, paving and compaction product on the market, especially with ’Intelligent Compaction,’” said Manney “With their products being represented worldwide, we knew that we had the proper product line to offer to our customers. Their innovations will ensure that the Bomag line will stay in the forefront of the industry for a long time to come.”

“We have been most impressed with the responsiveness of Bomag,” Manney continued. “Their attentiveness to our team with providing in-depth training for all our departments and making sure all our questions and needs were addressed immediately has really put us on the ground running.”

F5 Equipment, which has more than 30 years experience in the construction and mining industry, represents Bomag, Liebherr, Genesis, Sandvik, Allied, Woods, Tigercat and Multiquip. The company’s area of responsibility for most products includes Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, California, Nevada, Colorado and North Dakota
