LBX Company, makers of Link-Belt earthmoving, forestry and material handling equipment, has announced the appointment of Chappell Tractor Sales in Milford, NH, as a new authorized distributor of Link-Belt excavators, articulated trucks, wheel loaders, timber loaders and material handler. This appointment is effective immediately.

“Link-Belt excavators have had a strong presence in New Hampshire and have built a loyal customer base through the years. We are pleased to have the experienced team at Chappell Tractor Sales representing our products in this market,” said Mike Davis, director of sales and marketing.

Chappell Tractor was founded in 1955 on the Chappell family farm in Milford selling Ford tractors to neighboring farmers. Through the 1960s and 1970s, Chappell Tractor outgrew three locations as the company worked to build respect and loyalty from its customers by providing the best service and products for the changing market.

Chappell added heavy construction equipment to its product line and now offers customers everything from 50-ton excavators to lawn mowers, with the parts and service technicians to keep them all running.

With a 10-bay service department dedicated to commercial equipment, on-the-road service trucks and a fully-equipped hydraulic hose shop, Chappell’s service team can handle anything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs.

Chappell Tractor Sales is located at 454 Route 13 South in Milford, NH, with a second location at 251 Route 125 in Brentwood. The Milford phone number is 800/698-2640. The Brentwood phone number is 800/616-5666.

In addition to Link-Belt earthmoving products, Chappell Tractor Service is a dealer for New Holland, Hyundai and Kubota equipment brands.
