Company Wrench will be unveiling a new product to the world at ConExpo 2014, along with other ground breaking products. The new mini-HAWC will be unveiled at the show, which is a smaller version of the full size HAWC unit. These HAWC units are Hi-Pressure air water cannons that can be used for dust suppression, evaporation, material retention, odor control and for many other applications. Both HAWC units will be at the show along with Company Wrench’s CP100 mag combo attachment and the 2nd member hammer machine.
The mini-HAWC will be unveiled at the show along with the new Cummins EPA Tier IV diesel power unit. This new engine basically offers low emissions and fuel cost without sacrificing power, according to the manufacturer. Even though this new HAWC unit is smaller, it still generates 30,000+ CFM and can throw water 200 feet. It also has a newly designed in-line filter and has an electronically controlled water shut-off system.
The newly engineered 2nd member hammer set-up has the ability to mount a 16,000 ft./lb. hammer on a 108,000 lb. machine, instead of using the same hammer on a 193,000 lb. machine. This bracket design will be at the booth at ConExpo with specs, a detailed chart of how it can save big money, and video of the machine in action.
The CP100 magnet combo will be at the booth as well. This attachment can crush concrete and sort rebar at the same time.
