Durante Rentals continues its rapid expansion with its latest store opening in Brooklyn, N.Y. The new Durante Rentals Brooklyn location is conveniently situated near the area's major commercial and non-commercial thoroughfares, like the Jackie Robinson Parkway, Jamaica Avenue, Bushwick Avenue, Eastern Parkway and Atlantic Avenue.

This is Durante Rentals ninth location overall, third in New York City, and its second to open in a 90-day span, with the other being its Danbury, Conn., store. Durante also has locations in Brewster, the Bronx, Carmel, Elmsford, Flushing, Mt. Vernon and West Nyack.

“We are excited, and more importantly, so are the local contractors, as there aren't many equipment and tool rental choices in this particular area of Brooklyn,” said Anthony Durante, co-founder of Durante Rentals. “With its central location and proximity to the city, we are now better equipped to service our large Manhattan customer base as well.”

The Brooklyn store will offer a variety of tools and equipment for construction, industrial, landscape and homebuilding applications. With one of the newest fleets in the Tri-State area, Durante is well-equipped with boom lifts, light towers, air compressors, forklifts, mini-excavators, generators, scissor lifts and more. Its indoor showroom features chainsaws, power cutters, safety gear, diamond blades, traffic safety products, accessories and more.

In addition to equipment and tool rentals, the Brooklyn location also will offer sales, parts and service for all makes and models of equipment.

“Over the past few years, Brooklyn has seen an unprecedented renaissance that is still ongoing. This area is part of a more recent transformation and the initial feedback from the local community has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Co-Founder John Durante. “Many have commented that our yellow, white, and black color scheme add some much-needed color and vibrancy to the area.”

This location also will serve as one of Durante's Takeuchi earth moving equipment showrooms as it is the Takeuchi dealer (New York Takeuchi) of the five boroughs of New York, Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties, offering mini-excavators, track loaders, skid steers, and wheel loaders for retail.
