E-Z Drill’s cure sprayer trailer is constructed entirely of heavy-duty steel and offers a durable, simple way to cure concrete while preventing shrinkage and cracking, according to the manufacturer.
The unit operates with a 5-hp (3.7 kW) Honda engine and a Roper pump. The self-loading design pumps cure directly from a barrel to the machine’s 100-gal. (378 L) tank within approximately 15 minutes. The cure sprayer trailer handles a variety of concrete cures, making it adaptable to varying temperatures and moisture levels.
The highway-rated trailer features fork tubes and a 2,000-lb. (907 kg) rated axle. The 40-ft.-long 0.5-in. (12.2 m) sprayer hose has an adjustable nozzle to control the amount and distance of the cure spray for consistent coverage on varying slab sizes.
Established in 1987 after creating a solution to slow, handheld rock drills, E-Z Drill now manufactures lines of slab rider drills, on-grade models and equipment-mounted drills, as well as vertical utility models and concrete drilling accessories, such as dust-collection systems and cure sprayer trailers. E-Z Drill also can custom design and build automatic drill systems for customers’ specific jobs.
