"Dear Valued Customer,

It is with tremendous sadness and regret that we write to inform you of the untimely passing of our Paducah Store Manager and Sales Representative Ralph Bucher on Thursday morning, March 31, 2016.

Ralph started his career with Erb Equipment in Cape Girardeau, MO in 1981 at the age of 19 working in the parts department. When the opportunity became available in 1994 to open a new location in Paducah, KY; Ralph was chosen to set up the new store and become the store manager and the salesperson for that location. Ralph held both of these positions until his passing.

Through his determination, dedication, and countless hours of hard work; Ralph was the driving force that transformed a small satellite location in 1994, to the state-of-the-art facility you see today on Highway 45 South.

During his 35 years at Erb Equipment, Ralph earned the respect and admiration of both

management and his co-workers not only in Paducah, but also at the other seven Erb locations. He will be remembered for his loyalty, dedication and his innovative ideas on better serving our customers.

Ralph leaves behind his wife Pam, daughter Morgan, and son Jordan. Please remember them in your thoughts and prayers."
