Fecon’s new FBS1600EXC bunching shear attachment can be used by any excavator with a minimum operating weight of 15 tons.
The sharp blade can cut through any species of tree with a diameter of 16 in. or less.
Its reach capabilities makes otherwise inaccessible slopes manageable, according to the manufacturer, and it requires only 20 gpm of low flow hydraulics for operation.
The grabber arm can work with the knife operation and independently as an accumulator arm to bunch smaller trees.
Hangar brackets fit standard excavator sticks, while hoses and fittings are included for plug-and-go installation.
