Michael Held, vice president of Marketing, IT, and HR at Foley Inc., the Caterpillar Dealer in North Jersey, Staten Island, and Bermuda, has announced the addition of Kristin Drabyk as marketing associate, and Lauren Stanley as marketing analyst.

Both will report to Held. Drabyk will replace Trina Petrello, as Petrello takes on the position of 6 Sigma Blackbelt.

Drabyk began her career in marketing in 1996 while employed as an assistant at Damuth Trane, in Chesapeake, VA.

After working at MCI Worldcom in Piscataway, NJ, she took a job as an executive marketing assistant at Matrix Development Group in Cranbury. There she handled many marketing programs and materials, and played a significant role in coordinating large scale events such as the New Jersey Governor’s Gala and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Gala in 2001 and 2002.

Drabyk most recently worked as a sales manager of Hampton Inn & Suites in Harrison, NJ, managing customer accounts, and developing marketing and sales plans.

In Drabyk’s new role as marketing associate, she will manage all advertising and promotional activities of Foley’s multidivisional organization.

Prior to arriving at Foley Inc., Stanley worked at Virgin Mobile USA in Warren, NJ, as a Brand and Communications assistant. During her tenure in these positions, she coordinated promotional events to capture corporate accounts and participated in the promotions of new products.

As marketing analyst, Stanley will maintain up-to-date customer account information, and participate in the organization of customer events, trade shows, and internal and external communications of Foley Inc.
