Foley Equipment announced the appointment of Charlotte Kerner as the company's new chief financial officer (CFO).

As CFO, Kerner will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Ann Konecny. She will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, as well as managing the tax and internal audit functions.

“Charlotte brings tremendous skill to Foley as a respected leader with financial vision and strategy,” said Konecny. “In addition to more than 25 years of financial experience, she holds a passion for customer service and a drive to achieve mission-advancing financial performance.”

Kerner most recently served as CFO for 12 years at Beauty Brands where she oversaw accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, M&A, risk management, payroll and benefits as well as loss prevention and information technology.

“Foley Equipment is an established family-owned business with a long history of success,” said Kerner. “I am thrilled to join such an outstanding team and help ensure the continued success of this company.”

Kerner succeeds Lewis Erickson, chief financial officer, who is retiring after nearly 25 years with the company. Erickson will assist in the transition of duties.

“Over the past 25 years, Lewis has been instrumental in our success,” said Konecny. “We are indebted to him and sincerely thank him for his leadership and contributions over his distinguished career.”
