With more than 146,000 sq. ft., the headquarters reinforces Foley's support for customers and commitment to Wichita and surrounding communities.

“Safely serving customers is our first priority at Foley,” said Ann Konecny, chief executive officer. “Since my grandfather founded the company, we have been focused on exceptional support to ensure customers' success. Our expanded facility here in Wichita will enable us to serve customers with the standard of excellence they expect from us.”

With a third-generation CEO and a 77-year history representing Caterpillar products in Wichita, Foley continues its commitment to being customers' first choice. The new facility also focuses on environmental sustainability with a self-adjusting climate for energy efficiency, positive ventilation to maintain a clean environment, LED lighting throughout and waste oil collection systems.

“The investment in our Wichita headquarters is a testament to the decades of support from our Wichita customers and employees,” said Shane Ham, chief operating officer. “The expanded space enables us to be more flexible and cost-effective while better serving our customer needs.”

“For over 75 years we've supported our customers as they've completed monumental projects across Wichita and the surrounding areas,” said Konecny. “We're thrilled to deepen our roots in the Wichita community while continuing to drive that support for our customers as they build for the future.”
