Mike Kubas, vice president of Foley Power Systems, announced changes to the On Highway Engine Division, including the promotions of Bill Connolly to On Highway product support sales manager and Jason Frommer to On Highway product support sales representative. The Foley On Highway division provides truck and bus engine parts and service, emissions solutions and mobile field service.

Connolly began his Caterpillar career at Rozier Machinery, the Cat dealership in Tampa, Fla., where he gained experience in product support. He then held several positions at Ring Power Corporation, the Cat dealership in Jacksonville, Fla., before coming to Foley Inc. in 2000. Connolly comes to Foley On Highway with both sales management and service operations experience from the company’s construction division. Connolly moved to this division in January of 2009 to facilitate the development of a product support growth strategy, which he will now be implementing. He will be leading the effort to support Foley’s On Highway parts and service business with direct product support sales responsibility while managing three On Highway product support sales representatives (PSSRs).

“We are fortunate to have Bill lead this challenging effort as we transition from being solely an engine product support company, to a full vehicle sales and service company, with the introduction of the new Caterpillar vocational truck,” said Kubas.

Prior to Foley, Frommer’s work history has ranged from service technician to fleet manager. In his previous position as shop manager for the On Highway service department, where he handled all service department operations, Frommer led his shop to achieve “Gold Status” with Caterpillar. As the newest member of the On-Highway product support team, Frommer brings with him service and customer care knowledge. Covering the counties of Mercer, Monmouth, Passaic, Somerset, Union and Warren, Frommer will be working with Foley’s customers providing solutions for all their fleet management needs.

“His strong relationships with customers and peers will strengthen as he steps into the new position,” stated Kubas. “There is no doubt that Jason’s drive and influence will steer him and the sales department to future successes.”
