Tom Wagenblast, vice president of product support, has announced the appointments of John Cafro as customer support representative (CSR), Mike Byelick as hydraulics customer support representative, and Kevin Crawford as corporate customer service agreement (CSA) manager.

Cafro began his career at Foley 12 years ago in the parts department warehouse. He has since held the position of service writer/assistant dispatcher, heavy equipment service foreman, inside shop foreman.

The most recent position he held was corporate fleet/CSA manager, where Foley Inc. was recognized as one of the Best Practice CSA departments among Caterpillar’s North American dealers.

In Cafro’s new position as CSR, he will help raise customer awareness of Foley’s Parts and Service expanded capabilities, and leverage these capabilities to solve customer problems.

Byelick has been with Foley Inc. since 1997 where he started in the parts department. In 1998, he moved to the service department and took the position of customer service representative for Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties.

“Mike’s years of experience in parts and service for Foley will enable him to hit the ground running at Foley Express Hydraulics. I am confident he will be as successful serving customers in hydraulics as he has been at machinery,” said Joel Mazzucco, product support sales manager.

As the new hydraulics customer support representative, Byelick’s specific focus will be on Foley Express Hydraulics, including repair and exchange of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors.

Crawford started at Foley Inc. in 1997 as a main frame operator. He was then promoted to PC specialist, and later technology manager.

In 2002 Crawford served as business intelligence analyst, which led to his most recent position as corporate services systems analyst.

Over the past couple of years, Crawford successfully started up Siebel Field Service, trained staff in operations, while acting as systems support manager.

In Crawford’s new role as CSA manager he will be responsible for machinery and engine CSA operations.

Foley Inc. is the Caterpillar dealer in northern New Jersey, Staten Island and Bermuda.
