Foley Incorporated has redesigned its corporate Web site. The Web site contains upgraded features such as latest company and industry news, improved usability and streamlined navigation. From configuring machines, to managing equipment via the Web, to placing parts orders online, there are many business solutions for customers to choose from.

The goal of the refurbished site is to make it easier for customers to conduct their business with Foley as well as provide more online information on the products and services offered. Greg Feenstra, IT development manager who played a primary role in developing the new Web site explained “It’s important that our Web site presents a clear representation of our products and capabilities while providing easy access to the most popular information including our online applications, product specifications and contact information. We’re excited about the future of our online capabilities and will continue to strive to better utilize our Web site and other online services in an effort to provide best in class solutions.”

One of the main benefits of the new Web site is that it is faster and more user friendly, according to Foley. There is increased focus on the breadth and depth of services offered, including financing options, emissions solutions and training programs. The Web site also better integrates Caterpillar product content accessible through Foley’s pages.

Michael Held, vice president of marketing and information technology at Foley, Inc. said, “We have redesigned our Web site with our customers’ best interest in mind, making it easier than ever to locate information about our products and services and to transact business with us. Whether you have questions related to construction equipment, power generators, rentals, on highway engines, or parts and service, you will be able to quickly and easily get your answers.”

The Web site has been re-launched with a new look, more content and significant layout updates. The site is organized by major business areas: Construction Machinery, Foley Rents, Power Systems, On Highway, Parts and Service and Emissions, providing more focused information that caters to the unique needs of each customer.
