The Eco-Crusher line of excavator mounted jaw crushers has now been expanded to include a fourth size, with the introduction of the BF60. Excavators as small as 8 tons (72 t) can now accommodate the newest addition to Giberson Enterprises’ line.

“Our customers put us to the challenge to create a smaller crusher to accommodate a broader range of machines and we responded. The BF60 gives our customers yet another option to get an advantage over their competition by decreasing overhead and increasing their profits, even on the smallest of jobs.

“As a contractor, I was getting tired of paying someone to haul off material, so that I could pay someone else to process it, and then pay someone to bring it back to where I just removed it. When our excavating company found the Eco-Crusher, we began to realize the unnecessary costs in our company that were caused by expensive trucking and renting so called mobile crushers.

“The Eco-Crusher has provided us with the ability to crush material on site, eliminating overhead, which allows us to bid the same way we always have and increase our profits,” stated Larry Giberson, owner of Giberson Enterprises and former project manager and estimator of Giberson Plumbing and Excavating, in Shamong, N.J.

The BF60, similar to its “bigger brothers,” allows its users to adjust the size of the material produced. The BF60 has an adjustable jaw of .75- to 4.5 in. minus. (1.9 to 11 cm). The BF120, BF90, and BF70 are adjustable from 1 to 6 in. (2.5 to 15 cm) minus. It also has a jaw opening of 18 by 24 in. (46 by 61 cm) and weighs approximately 3,500 lbs. (1,587 kg).

Each Eco-Crusher comes with a hitch system that is customized for its customers machines.
