Grove Opens New Sales Office in Monterrey, Mexico

Grove has opened a new office in Monterrey, Mexico, which will serve as the sales office as well the customer service and parts center for Mexico. The office is located at Miravalle Center, piso PB, Suite 106, Calz. San Pedro 250 Nte., Col. Miravalle C.P. 64660, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Kyle Nape, director of Latin American sales, announced that Ruben Olivas Saunders will serve as sales manager for Mexico and is based in the Monterrey office.

Saunders previously served as the Latin American training instructor for Grove and has worked at the distributor level for more than 10 years.

In addition, Miquel Millan, Grove Latin America service manager has announced that Salvador Flores Acosta has been appointed as the service and parts representative of Mexico and will be based in the Monterrey office.

Acosta will manage the authorized service centers. The Grove service centers will be staffed by factory-trained parts and service personnel and will handle all parts sales, service and any warranty issues. Additional service centers will be added throughout Mexico.
