Jim Pinkston

Jim Pinkston has been named hydraulic sales representative at the Holt CAT Waco area.

“I am excited about being part of the Holt team,” said Pinkston, “I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that industrial hydraulics sales at Holt CAT provides.”

In his new position, Pinkston will promote Holt’s hydraulic services to heavy equipment users and will seek opportunities for hydraulic services in industrial applications.

Previous to his association with Holt CAT, Pinkston gained more than eight years of experience in heavy equipment rentals and product support.

Randy Clinton

Randy Clinton, hydraulic sales representative, has been assigned to the Holt CAT Irving area.

“I am happy to be working for Holt,” said Clinton, “I look forward to being a part of its success.”

In addition to promoting Holt’s hydraulic services and parts to heavy equipment users, Clinton also will collaborate with other Holt representatives to best serve their common customers.

Clinton brings 27 years of experience in the heavy machinery industry, most recently relocating from his job as the engine division parts manager in a Kansas dealership.

Tom Angotti

Holt CAT also announced that Tom Angotti, a veteran of 15 years with the company, has been named business manager of the Electric Power Generation (EPG) business unit, a key element of the company’s Power Systems Division.

Previously, Angotti was Power Systems Division engineering manager. He has also held positions in the division sales organization and served seven years with another Caterpillar dealer and a custom engine packaging company.

“Tom brings a wide range of both engineering and sales experience to this position,” said Jim Hughes, Power Systems Division general sales manager. “His product application experience plus his product knowledge will enable us to provide a unique insight into customer requirements.”

The Electric Power Generation business unit provides a wide range of Olympian and Caterpillar generators from 7 kW up to 2000 kW for sale and rental. Applications for these generators include standby power for office buildings, hospitals and manufacturing facilities; emergency temporary power during natural disasters and power blackouts; and temporary power for special events such as concerts.

The Power Systems Division provides sales, parts and service for the complete line of Caterpillar natural gas and diesel engines for petroleum, commercial and industrial applications as well as sales, rental and service for emergency power generation systems and portable air conditioning and chilling units.
