Holt CAT, the Caterpillar equipment and engine dealer of south, central, north and north east Texas, recently named Corinna Holt as the General Parts Manager.

In her new role, Holt will be responsible for managing all parts operations for the company’s machine division. Prior to joining Holt CAT, she worked at Sotheby’s in New York City and volunteered at a San Antonio children’s shelter.

Holt completed a New York University business program and concluded a yearlong, Holt management training program. She is the daughter of Holt CAT CEO, Peter M. Holt and is a fifth generation descendant of Benjamin Holt, who successfully developed the first tractor with self-laying tracks in 1904.

About Holt

Holt CAT also offers total machine and engine rebuild capabilities, sells used equipment around the world and fabricates its own line of land clearing equipment and Holt Spray King water tankers.

The Holt name has been associated with heavy equipment and Caterpillar for more than 100 years.

Peter M. Holt, chief executive officer of Holt CAT, is the great-grandson of Benjamin Holt, who in 1904 developed the first successful track-type tractor which he named the “Caterpillar.”
