Holt CAT?Announces Series of Leadership Changes

Holt CAT, the Caterpillar dealer of south, central, north and east Texas announced the promotion of five senior level managers.

Ron Craft has been promoted to vice president of machine product support. A 19-year veteran in the heavy equipment business, Craft is responsible for all parts and service support for machine customers.

Bob Harwood has been promoted to vice president of machine sales. Harwood is responsible for all new and used machine sales and rental equipment for the dealership. He has been involved in the heavy equipment business for 37 years.

Edward Craner has been appointed vice president of strategy and marketing. He will lead strategy and marketing for all divisions of Holt CAT.

Robert “Bert” Fulgium has been promoted to vice president of power systems product support. A 20-year industry veteran, Fulgium will oversee all industrial engine and generator set parts and service support for Holtcustomers.

Howard Hicks will assume the role of vice president and director of public affairs. He is a 36-year veteran of the company.

“These promotions recognize the outstanding leadership exhibited by these five individuals. The changes will help facilitate our goals and best serve our customers moving forward,” said Dave Harris, executive vice president and general manager of the dealership.
