Company Gains Approval to Build Gold Mine
McEwen Mining of Canada announced Nov.8 that it will begin construction at the first new gold mine to be approved in Nevada in years. McEwen has been trying to obtain all the required permits for the Gold Bar project since 2013, and said it has just recently received a signed Record of Decision on the Final Environmental Impact Statement, Mining.com reported....
