After 49 years in the grading and construction equipment business, Ronald Ellis, owner of Ellis Equipment & Grading Company Inc., commissioned Iron Auction Group to liquidate his construction equipment, trucks, trailers, support equipment and shop tools. The building and property for the business located in Waco, Ga., also was auctioned off at this Sept. 24 sale.
Mr. Ellis said with a smile that he's going to "try this retirement thing for the second or third time." CEG
