All over the world, MB Crusher draws in crowds of people at its live crushing demonstrations. World of Concrete 2018 was no different.

There in the Silver Lot sat a Hyundai excavator with a MB Crusher crushing attachment, on top of a large pile of concrete, where a few slabs could be seen with rebar lodged in its center. In front, a Bobcat skid loader with another MB Crusher crushing attachment was parked and ready for some crushing action.

Blaring from MB Crusher's booth, attendees could hear, “Sixteen years ago, we were the first company to innovate crushing attachments to the market. Giving you the ability to crush anywhere your machine will go. MB Crusher has the widest range of crushing and screening attachments worldwide: Unique products, global exposure and exceptional performance for your company.”

All over the world, MB Crusher draws in crowds of people at its live crushing demonstrations. World of Concrete 2018 was no different. The company's Silver Lot booth once again attracted a crowd of exhibition attendees, as it has in past years.

“Everyone in the world is trying to save money and time. That's why we are working hard to show people how easy this concept is. Our crushing attachments are unique, powerful tools. They evolve the way people in the concrete business do business,” said Max Ravazzolo, C.E.O. of MB Crusher America, Inc.

The company performed crushing demonstrations every 20 minutes throughout each day of the show week from Jan. 23-26. MB featured its BF80.3 crusher attachment, designed for excavators, and its MB-L140 crusher attachment, designed for skid loaders.

At each demo, a sea of phones were held up high to capture the jaw crushers munching down on concrete slabs to produce 3-inch minus and an inch-and-a-half-minus material, respectively to the BF80.3 and MB-L140.

“You have to see these crushers in action to judge how they work. They will crush through both reinforced and non-reinforced concrete,” Ravazzolo said. “We often get questions regarding rebar at these shows. The rebar will come straight out of the machine. Then you can pick up the rebar either manually or with our iron separator.”

At its booth, MB Crusher also featured its line of screening attachments, dual head rotary drum cutters, and 360-degree rotation grapples, as well as its iron separator attached to its BF90.3 crushing attachment. The company is known for manufacturing an extensive product line to be equipped with a wide range of heavy machinery, regardless of brand.

“These crushers will produce reusable material, optimize productivity and eliminate the need to transport material to a third-party processing facility. You can save a lot of time and money using one,” Ravazzolo said.

Its crusher buckets will crush down railway sleepers, hollow core walls, natural stone and asphalt into reusable aggregate materials for base or fill. Its screening buckets will sift through mixed material and clean superficial powder from natural stones.

MB Crusher is a leading manufacturer and distributer of attachments and accessories for the fields of earthmoving, demolition and recycling. MB Crusher also has subsidiaries in China, France, Japan, Germany, India and Brazil. The company received its ISO 9001:2015 re-certification this year.
