Jersey’s Harter Equipment Announces Staff Changes

Harter Equipment, located in Englishtown, NJ, has announced changes to its staff.

• Bradley Boyd has been promoted to the position of vice president-operations. In his new capacity, Boyd will oversee rental, parts and service operations as well as facility management.

Boyd joined Harter Equipment in 1995 as service administrator. He brought with him 15 years experience from a John Deere consumer products dealer.

At Harter, he has previously held the positions of service administrator, rental manager and product support manager.

• Chris Shenko has been promoted to the position of product support manager. In his new position, Shenko will be responsible for the management of the parts and service departments.

Shenko joined Harter in 2001 as a road technician with 26 years experience in heavy equipment repair. He was promoted to service manager in 2002.

• Sean Sheehan has joined Harter Equipment as light equipment sales manager. He will be responsible for the sale of mini-excavators, skid steer and track loaders, compact tractors, specialty loaders, and chippers and stump grinders.

Harter Equipment represents a broad line of these products manufactured by Kubota, Kobelco, Gehl and Rayco.

Sheehan joined Harter in 1997 as a full line outside salesperson. He left in 2000 to work in the power generation business selling capital equipment and services to power plants in the Northeast. This past year, before re-joining Harter Equipment, he worked as an account manager of a national equipment rental company.
