King of Prussia Equipment Hosts Husqvarna Soff-Cut Service School

On Nov. 5, King of Prussia Equipment Corp. hosted a one-day service seminar with Husqvarna Construction Products.

The service school began at 8:00 a.m. and was held in King of Prussia’s Equipment shop. Sixteen participants from nine companies consisting of mechanics and finishers based out of Pennsylvania and New Jersey attended. The school ended at 3 p.m. with a question and answer period along with a door prize raffle.

George Halsey, manager technical services of Olathe, Kan., and Romel Estrada, technical service of Corona, Calif., both of Husqvarna Construction Products, instructed the class.

Coffee, donuts and door prizes as well as lunch was provided by King of Prussia Equipment. Husqvarna Construction Products provided pens and hats for each participant.

Students worked primarily hands on with Estrada on the proper alignment, maintenance and necessary adjustments for the Soff-Cut saws. Special “hands on” were with the X-4000 Prowler Saw.
