Joel Mazzucco, corporate parts manager at Foley Incorporated announced that Mike Kressler has joined the company as a counterperson for the company’s corporate parts department.

Kressler started his career at Foley in 1995 in the corporate parts department. After 11 years of service, Kressler left to work for a neighboring Caterpillar dealership. Now, four years later, he returned to Foley. Prior to working as a Caterpillar parts agent, Kressler gained experience in customer service while working in his uncle’s auto parts store.

“We are very excited to have Mike back at Foley and know that he will play a vital role in supporting our customers,” stated Mazzucco.

As a parts counterperson, Kressler will be joining a group with an average of 22 years experience, responsible for helping fill customer parts orders over the phone, in person or online via the Partstore. In this position, Kressler also will have the ability to work with customers to troubleshoot any problems with their equipment, maintain accurate machine population records and offer technical support for both Caterpillar and competitive manufacturer’s equipment. Also, Kressler is temporarily helping the service department prepare quotes.

“Mike’s years of experience in different roles for both parts and service make him a fine addition to the Foley team and to the talent pool at the main parts counter,” Mazzucco said.
