On Oct. 23, LeeBoy and Arrow Equipment of Greensboro, NC, sponsored a picnic lunch and day at the races in Rockingham for the IHRA Drag Racing Bethesda Softworks World Finals.

Elaine Stephens, LeeBoy sales representative, said the event was planned as a way for the two companies to say “thank you” to valued customers and family in a way that would be fun for all.”

Guests were treated to a picnic-style meal in the private LeeBoy tent area and given an opportunity to mingle with Arrow Equipment and LeeBoy staff. LeeBoy Racing’s IHRA driver, Quain Stott, and his Pro Mod team also visited with the group.

Stott and his younger brother, Mitch, are one of only a very few “brother acts” that have driven professional class cars in the history of drag racing. LeeBoy has described its sponsorship of Quain’s 1963 Corvette as ideal because his family is in the construction business.
