Linder Industrial Machinery has announced the addition of Al-jon solid waste equipment to its extensive product lines.

The approval of this deal came after C&C Manufacturing LLC (C&C) in Centerville, Iowa, announced the purchase of the assets of the former Al-jon Manufacturing LLC Solid Waste Product Division.

The series of products Linder will provide include three weight classes of landfill compactors.

“We anticipate a strong and positive response from our markets throughout our entire footprint,” said John Coughlin, Linder's president and CEO.

Linder is not new to the Al-jon product lines. While under its previous management, Al-jon products were sold throughout Linder's territories in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina between December 2014 and August 2016.

C&C's connection to Al-jon spans back more than two decades providing large precision-machined weldments.

C&C President Gaylon Cowan said, “The Al-jon landfill compactor had established a worldwide reputation as a solid and reliable performer in the landfill industry, and C&C had a key production role for the product line for many years. Therefore, we are eager and excited to introduce the C&C Manufacturing, Al-jon Compactor Series.”

“We look forward to once again providing our customer base with the best solid waste products and guaranteed support they need,” said Coughlin.
