LiuGong, a global leader in the manufacture of construction equipment, is to showcase 13 'Tough' machines suitable for extreme duty at this year's ConExpo-Con/AGG show.

At the show LiuGong is to unveil its new revolutionary vertical lift wheel loader for the first time outside of China. In addition, the company is also bringing its most up-to-date H series wheel loaders and E series excavators for global visitors to inspect at close range. The four-wheel loaders include the VL80A, 835H, 848H and 890H models; while four excavators – the 9035E, 915E, 922E and 930E models are also set to impress. LiuGong's contingent for the show is completed by the 385B skid steer loader; two forklifts – the 2025G and the 2030H, as well as two robust Dressta hydrostatic dozers – the TD-8S & TD-9S models. All equipment on display is compliant with US EPA emission standards.

As one of the two key markets for the world construction machinery industry, America is a critical test for any top equipment manufacturer. The market has historically been dominated by high-end and home grown brands.

Informed by 60 years of product development, LiuGong now has a total of 20 manufacturing facilities worldwide. Support for customers of its 15 product lines is delivered by nearly 1,000 engineers working in four world-class research and development facilities. LiuGong works closely with globally respected components suppliers including, Cummins, ZF, and Kawasaki to achieve the highest product quality.

LiuGong is committed to delivering robust machines that are simple to operate while boasting a high degree of control to enable successful operation in any environment, including the most difficult and isolated terrain. All LiuGong products receive service back-up through an extensive global sales network and regional support offices.

LiuGong North America commenced operation in 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of LiuGong before moving to its current location in Katy, Texas in January 2014. Its aim is to deliver increased capabilities and a more professional environment to support LiuGong dealers and customers alike across North America, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. “In LiuGong North America, we are continuing to build a local team that understands the market and can respond quickly to the needs of our customers with a goal of 95% parts fill rate within 24 hours and a service network to address issues within 48 hours,” explains Li Dongchun, President of LiuGong North America.

The facility features almost 35,000 square feet of workshops with a cross functional role in the provision of parts stock, R&D, sales, technical support and training. The North America subsidiary has introduced eight product lines to the American market including wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, skid-steer loaders, backhoe loaders and motor graders. Dressta dozers and LiuGong forklifts complete the product picture.

“LiuGong has proved that it is more than a market follower. The vertical lift technology is the first of its kind and creates a new class of the machines in the industry. It shows our strength and innovation to satisfy our customers,” says David Beatenbough, Vice President of LiuGong. He adds: “With LiuGong, you know you're in the right hands.”
