Montreal-based Major Wire Industries Limited has named Screening & Crushing Solutions as its new authorized dealer representing the complete line of screen media solutions for aggregate, mining, industrial and recycling operations in Arizona. Screening & Crushing Solutions, based in Phoenix, Ariz., focuses on being solution driven and customer oriented to help producers optimize their facilities and improve their processes for increased production. Screening & Crushing Solutions provides screen media, crusher parts, synthetic wear protection and conveyor components.

“We chose Major Wire because of the quality of their screen media and the reputation behind the product line,” said Scott Seidelmann, president of Screening & Crushing Solutions, a 12-year industry veteran. “Major Wire offers the best product in the industry, as well as a complete line of screen media that allows us to cover all of the markets in our area. Our customers are already seeing a difference after switching to Flex-Mat 3.”

Major Wire’s advanced Flex-Mat 3 high-performance screen media is available in a tensioned version, as an alternative to traditional woven wire, and a modular version, designed to replace polyurethane and rubber modular screen panels. Its self-cleaning capability virtually eliminates blinding, pegging and clogging. Independently vibrating wires increase product throughput by up to 40 percent over traditional woven wire or polyurethane panels by increasing screening action and open area.
