McCann Announces Additions to Sales Team, Territory Mgt.

McCann Industries expands its heavy equipment sales team with industry veterans Bob Jones and Randy Dolister. Jones brings 25+ years of experience while Dolister adds expertise in northern Illinois territory management. Their additions aim to enhance customer support and drive growth in targeted regions.

McCann Industries announced the addition of two seasoned professionals to its growing heavy equipment sales team: Bob Jones, strategic account manager, and Randy Dolister, territory manager for northern Illinois.

Jones joined McCann on March 3, bringing more than 25 years of leadership and customer relationship development at SES (Steve's Equipment Services) in West Chicago. With more than four decades in the industry, including 20 years with OEMs Fiat Allis and New Holland, Jones offers deep expertise in excavators and demolition attachments.

Jones also has served as president of the Illinois Equipment Distributors (IED) and held roles on multiple trade association boards. He will report directly to Jay Courtney, vice president of heavy equipment sales.

"We're thrilled to welcome Bob to the team," said Courtney. "His extensive experience, industry leadership and relationships with both OEMs and customers make him an invaluable resource for our sales and service teams. Bob is already helping open new doors for McCann."

In addition, McCann welcomes Dolister to the heavy equipment sales team. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Dolister is well acquainted with many of McCann's current and future customers. He will cover key counties in northern Illinois, including Lee, Ogle, DeKalb, Boone and Winnebago, and will support high-potential compact equipment prospects.
