Metso expanded its distributor relationship with Westate Machinery Company, adding Lokotrack mobile screening plants to the company’s existing lineup of Metso crushing and screening equipment, parts and services. Westate Machinery, whose association with Metso began in the mid-1980’s, serves customers in the mining, aggregates processing and construction industries in the states of Wyoming and Montana.

Metso’s Lokotrack mobile screens offer true mobility, high efficiency, quality end products and reliable operation, according to the manufacturer. The addition of Lokotrack mobile screens allows Westate Machinery to fill a market void by offering complete Metso mobile processing solutions. Lokotrack mobile screens and mobile crushing plants are engineered and built to work together seamlessly in a wide range of quarry and contracting applications.

Westate Machinery’s first Metso mobile screen is a Lokotrack ST3.5, and the company had rental opportunities identified for the machine upon delivery in March of this year. Westate Machinery is offering all models of Metso Lokotrack ST Series tracked mobile screens.

“Westate Machinery has long been one of Metso’s outstanding crushing and screening distributors, and they always put customers first” said Seth Wheeler, Metso distribution manager, Rocky Mountain USA. “Now they have everything needed to handle a complete range of projects.”

Westate Machinery President Jim Reno added: “We’re excited about getting the Metso mobile screen line. Now we are the ’Metso people’, no matter what. When opportunities arise, Westate Machinery will be there.”
