Metso Welcomes H.O. Penn as New Distributor in Parts of N.Y., Conn.

Metso Inc. has named H.O. Penn Machinery Company Inc., headquartered in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., as an authorized crushing and screening distributor for the contractor and recycling customer segments. The distribution territory for H.O. Penn covers the lower 13 counties of New York for mobile crushers and screens, and the state of Connecticut for mobile screens.

Benjamin Hansbury, Metso’s director of distribution sales USA and Canada-East, noted that H.O. Penn is a good fit with Metso’s focus on after-sales customer support.

The addition of the Metso product line is another step for H.O. Penn in expanding its portfolio of quality products and services available to its customers. To support this new product line H.O. Penn is pleased to announce the addition of two crushing and screening specialists. Kevin Kretschmer, with 30 years experience joins the company as the New York specialist and will handle Metso sales, rentals and product support needs in New York for both the crushing and screening lines. Scott Gilligan, with 21 years industry experience comes on board with responsibility for the sales, rentals and product support of the Metso screening line for the state of Connecticut.
