Miller-Bradford & Risberg Promotes Tom Capps as New Service Manager

Miller-Bradford & Risberg, the Case distributor, has promoted Tom Capps to service manager for the Sussex and Sturtevant branches.

In his new position, Capps will be responsible for overseeing the field service operations for both the Sussex and Sturtevant locations.

Capps also will manage daily operations in the service department at the Sussex facility.

We look forward to tremendous growth in the service department under his leadership.”

Capps began working with Miller-Bradford & Risberg in June 2000 as an in-shop service technician and was promoted to field service technician eight months later.

Before joining the company he gained valuable experience in the Marine Corps where he led the service quality control group and, later, was head of component rebuilds in North Carolina.

He is involved with the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association (WCLA) and the Wisconsin Excavators and Graders Association (WEGA).

Miller-Bradford & Risberg has been selling and servicing heavy machinery since 1944. The company has expanded to include eight branch locations throughout Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois.
