CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2014 are rapidly building momentum as the shows prepare to open their doors in six weeks – March 4-8 in Las Vegas, USA:

• Last week, the shows recorded their best week of registration ever and advance registration is tracking ahead of the last event

• The shows are already record-breakers for exhibit space – more than 2.3 million net square feet indoors and outdoors for CONEXPO-CON/AGG and 160,000 net square feet for IFPE – in an improved show footprint that makes it easier for attendees to connect with exhibitors

• New education sessions on the latest hot-button industry issues have been added to an already comprehensive line-up of focused learning and certification opportunities

CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2014 will be held March 4-8, 2014 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, USA. The co-located shows will be the global gathering place in 2014 for the construction, construction materials and fluid power/power transmission/motion control industries.

Attendees can conveniently register online pre-show and during the shows to avoid the onsite lines. One registration allows access to both shows.

Industry customers in show surveys say key reasons for attending are new products and access to industry experts. Show management notes these reasons propel new attendees as well, and they’ll find both at the 2014 CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE, with the leading manufacturers and companies showcasing the latest innovations and technologies.

“The common thread among those making their first trip to CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE is an excitement about new products and new technology. The ability to compare products and talk with company experts make the shows a very unique opportunity,” stated John Rozum, attendee acquisition manager specializing in specific outreach to first-timers who represent large contracting or producer companies.

Attendees will also find the latest industry-focused education to enhance their show experience. Co-located industry events add more value, and attendees can take part in special show events to extend the industry networking and knowledge-sharing.

Producing Value-Added, Industry-Driven Events

Show management has worked proactively with exhibitors, attendees and industry groups in the show planning process to make CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE truly shows that are run by the industry and for the industry.

“Our strategic alignment with the needs of the industry leads us to produce events geared towards helping exhibitors and attendees achieve the greatest value possible for the time they spend,” said CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show Director Megan Tanel.

“Throughout our planning, our primary goal is to create the most ROI possible for exhibitors and attendees; we want our events to be where everyone in the industry can find the ideas, information and knowledge to run their businesses more successfully,” she added.
