Service Manager Charlie Patenaude (L) welcomes customers looking to find support for their existing Case machines. An eight-bay service area allows Monroe Tractor plenty of room for future growth. Monroe Tractor’s new 12,500-sq.-ft. facility is located in South Windsor (Hartford), Conn. Monroe Tractor’s factory-trained technicians are fully supported with modern service trucks, a deep commitment to inventory, as well as the resources of Monroe Tractor’s 12 other locations Craig Robbins (L), branch manager, and Charlie Patenaude, service manager.

Monroe Tractor recently opened a new facility outside of Hartford, Conn., located at 6 Sandra Drive, South Windsor, Conn.

This location will be serving all of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts offering sales, service, parts and rentals of the entire Case line of construction equipment. This includes both mini and full size excavators, wheel loaders, track loaders, skid steers, soil and asphalt compactors, dozers, motorgraders and tractor loader backhoes.

In addition to the full line of Case CE products this location will offer Okada hammers and compactors, Tana landfill compactors and shredders, Trombia waterless sweepers, Leica machine control solutions and Diamond mowers for tractors, skid steers and excavators.

With the support of factory-trained technicians working in a modern eight-bay service facility and a new fleet of service trucks, customers in New England will experience the same high level of service and product support Monroe Tractor has been providing its New York customers for decades, according to the company.

Craig Robbins, branch manager of Monroe Tractor's Connecticut operations, brings with him 12 years of experience in the industrial equipment industry.

"We are excited at the opportunity to expand into Connecticut with the opening of our 13th location," Robbins said. "We have made a significant investment not just in the facility but also in parts inventory, service tools and machine and attachment inventory."

Charlie Patenaude has joined Monroe Tractor as its service manager. Patenaude has 20 years of experience servicing Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment.

"In some ways, we feel like we are re-introducing the Case product line to the New England market," Patenaude said. "We want our customers to know that we stand committed to keeping their fleet up and running with highly skilled technicians that can be dispatched to their job site with the education, skills and tools they need to keep you working. To further support our customers and simplify their fleet maintenance we service and support just about any make and model of equipment. Our promise to our customers is ‘we're there to keep you doing your job' which is what we aim to do."

Among the current goals of Monroe Tractor is to locate current Case equipment owners in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts and encourage them to stop by and check out the new digs.

Established in 1951, Monroe Tractor is a family-owned business that has three generations of experience in selling and supporting Case products.
