Roger Melius is the new parts manager at Monroe Tractor's Buffalo location. With his extensive leadership experience and dedication to service, Melius is expected to be an ideal fit to help the company deliver on its promise to keep its customers at the heart of everything it does.

Melius began his career straight out of high school when he entered the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate. During his time in the Navy, he operated and maintained a variety of machinery, equipment, piping systems and more, which gave him valuable hands-on experience.

Following his service, Melius transitioned into a decade-long journey in promotional sales. He excelled at forming partnerships and developed and led a high-performing sales team.

His experience beyond promotional sales includes the banking and telecommunications industries, where he taught and developed new hire classes, showcasing his leadership abilities and dedication to helping others succeed. Most recently, Melius worked in business-to-business sales in the construction, mining and forestry industries, helping businesses find solutions that best fit their needs.

"I am excited to bring my dedication to success and growth to the Buffalo location," said Melius. "My goal is to create a winning experience for our employees and customers alike."

Throughout his career, Melius has been awarded two Service of Excellence awards, as well as multiple awards for his sales performance.
