Neal Manufacturing based in Villa Rica, Ga., recently became an authorized distributor for the full line of Mauldin pavers, as well as Bomag pavers, milling machines, and two models of asphalt compactors.

The company provides sales, service, parts and rentals for these lines in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Additionally, Neal Manufacturing sells and services its own line of Neal asphalt sealcoating equipment, sealer mixing units and storage tanks.

As a former manufacturer of asphalt pavers, Neal Manufacturing has achieved a reputation as a company that knows the industry well. It has been in the paving and sealcoating equipment sales business since 1978.

Neal Manufacturing CEO Harold Neal said, “Our focus has always been on selling equipment. We recognized the needs of customers that we’ve worked closely with in the past and have a strong desire to make sure those needs are fulfilled.”

The Neal Manufacturing service staff personnel are currently completing factory training to gain expertise on the new lines.

Neal said the company will increase the size of the service staff as business grows and the machine population increases. Further staff additions will be on the sales side to fulfill the needs of customers and prospects in Alabama and Tennessee.

The Mauldin line of pavers that Neal Manufacturing represents includes five models, both conveyor and gravity fed machines with paving widths from 8- to 15-ft. (2.4 to 4.6 m) to accommodate everything from driveway paving to highway paving. The Bomag line-up includes four models of pavers, two models of milling machines and two models of rollers. The Bomag milling machines are capable of milling widths from 39.6 to 78.7 in. (101 to 200 cm) The rollers are for small to midsize rolling applications.

Neal said, “There is quite a diverse list of features on all the Mauldin and Bomag machines and lots of choices that should fit the needs of any paving contractor.”

Neal said the company will be looking at other lines of equipment to complement the Mauldin, Bomag and Neal lines.
