Neuenhauser Inc. has moved its international headquarters to downtown Greer, S.C.

The new facility is located at 302 A Trade St. in the historic Rialto Theatre building. Neuenhauser Inc. has completed renovations of the second floor of the two-story building and will occupy approximately 4,000 sq. ft.

The company was formed in 1996 with a mission to provide products and services that improve the opportunity for its customers’ success.

Neuenhauser Inc. operates three business segments: textile machinery and advisory services, general industry automation technologies, and crushing, screening and composting equipment. Neuenhauser has organized the three business units sharing a common core and commitment to current and future clients.

Philip J. Riddle, president and CEO of Neuenhauser Inc. said, “It is with great pleasure that we locate our international headquarters in historic downtown Greer. We have completed an extensive renovation of the Rialto building while paying close attention to detail of maintaining its historic integrity. We appreciate the assistance we received from the Greer Development Corporation and the City of Greer. We also appreciate the good work of Langley and Associates Architects, T2 Design Construction General Contractors and NBSC in assisting us on completing this project.”

The local companies were selected because of their understanding of the historic significance of the Rialto building and their success with other local renovations.

“This new location will mean the relocating of 21 employees to the downtown location. We are confident that our associates, their families and friends will discover the beauty of Greer’s historic downtown and have their needs met by many of the area businesses,” Riddle said.

The company also relocated its warehouse facilities to 211 School St. in Greer, which is in close proximity to the new downtown offices.

“We are very excited about Neuenhauser Inc. being a part of the vibrant revitalization in the downtown Greer area,” Riddle said.

The 23,000-sq.-ft. warehouse allows for more space for additional spare parts to service its customers and a repair facility servicing its equipment and performing pre-delivery inspection of machines. The warehouse has two drive-in doors and four loading docks for more efficient load/unload.

Neuenhauser Inc. is the distributor for McCloskey trommels and flat deck screens, Scarab wind row turners, Engcon tilitrators and OM jaw and impact crushers in the Southeast.
