The M Series telehandlers from New Holland Construction feature long reach, increased power, operator comfort, improved serviceability and enhanced visibility.

Produced at the New Holland Construction plant in Leece, Italy, the New Holland M427, M428 and M459 meet a variety of lift-and-place and lift-and-carry requirements and are sized to work productively in a variety of applications, including commercial and residential construction, agriculture and landscaping.

The M427 has an operating weight of 21,781 lbs. (9,880 kg), a maximum lift height of 42 ft. (12.7 m) and a lift capacity of 3,500 lbs. (1,588 kg).

The M428 has an operating weight of 24,118 lbs. (10,940 kg), a maximum lift height of 42 ft. (12.7 m), and a lift capacity of 5,000 lbs. (2,268 kg).

The M459 has an operating weight of 25,353 lbs. (11,500 kg), a maximum lift height of 45 ft. (13.6 m), and a lift capacity of 5,000 lbs. (2,268 kg).

The M427 and M428 have a forward reach of 29 ft. (8.8 m) and the M459 has a forward reach of 31 ft. (9.4 m).

Built with a low profile, low-boom design for greater visibility at boom height and pick-and-carry levels, New Holland Construction telehandlers are ideal for working in tight, hard-to-reach spaces. The turning radii for these machines are 153 in. (389 cm).

All three models feature three steering modes for improved maneuverability.

“Customers rely on telehandlers to perform a variety of material-handling applications, in a variety of work conditions,” said Paul Wade, brand marketing manager, New Holland Construction. ’While New Holland Construction telehandlers are built to perform effectively and efficiently, they also provide plenty of operator comfort and visibility.”

All three models feature a spacious, comfortable, mid-mounted cab with a single joystick to operate all boom functions, reducing operator fatigue. The mid-mounted cab improves both forward visibility to the forks for quicker placement of loads, and rear visibility for a safer work site environment.

The three telehandlers feature IVECO engines, rated at 95 gross hp (71 kW) on the M427 and 120 gross hp (89 kW) on the M428 and M459. All three machines can reach a top speed of 22 mph (35 kmh).

Service and maintenance can be completed quickly and easily on the New Holland Construction telehandlers, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. The side-mounted engine provides easy access to major service points.

To extend the capabilities of these machines, New Holland Construction telehandlers feature a universal coupler design to accommodate a variety of attachments, including pallet forks, block forks, lumber forks and truss booms.
